This policy informs you of the ways in which Team S Ventures LLC d/b/a GenM Management (“GenM,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (“user,” or “you,”) through websites (“Websites”) on which we provide our services, which are hosted by TalentLMS (talentlms.com). 

By accessing and using the Websites, you confirm that you have read and fully understood this Privacy Policy.

1. What information we collect and how we collect it

We may collect your personal information (“Personal Information”) that is used to identify you, and is provided to us by you or your employer.  This information can include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, company and title. In connection with your use of the Websites, we may also collect information on the IP address of your device.

We may also collect service usage data in aggregate form to improve our services.  This data does not identify individual users and may include information such as browsing activity on the Websites, as defined above.

The Websites may also use cookies to collect information. A cookie is a small data file stored by your browser on your device's hard disk. Cookies may generally be disabled, removed or blocked by tools that are available as part of most commercial browsers. If you disable or remove cookies on your device, some portions of the Websites may not function properly, which could impact your ability to use our services.

2. How we use the information we collect

We will not sell your Personal Information.  We will only use your Personal Information as provided pursuant to this Privacy Policy. We limit access to Personal Information to those individuals whose have responsibilities related to user administration and access, and addressing user requests and issues.

We use aggregated data for various purposes, including evaluating how users use and navigate the Websites, and for other analyses that help us improve the Websites and the services we provide.

3. How we share information

Users. We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Websites according to the information provided by you or your employer. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.  We recommend that you only provide information required to establish and maintain your account.  You should be aware that the administrator, as well as specially designated support personnel in order to provide support for technical issues you may face, may be able to: access information in and about your account; access communications history, including file attachments, for your account; disclose, restrict, or access information that you have provided or that is made available to you when using your account; and control how your account may be accessed or deleted.

Third Parties. We do not sell Personal Information and will not share or disclose any of your Personal Information with third parties except as described in this policy.

We may use third-party service providers to perform certain services on our behalf, such as hosting the Websites, tracking Website activities and analytics, and performing other administrative services. We may provide these service providers with access to user information, including Personal Information, solely to the extent necessary to carry out the services they are performing.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Without limiting the above, we may disclose your Personal Information to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to: satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, governmental requests or legal process; protect the safety, property and rights of GenM or a third party; and/or prevent or address any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, or inappropriate, or that could result in security or technical issues.

We may share or transfer your Personal Information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, consolidation, restructuring, sale of company assets, financing, acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, or other corporate change. You will be notified on any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.

4. Data retention

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, we may anonymize your Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is no longer Personal Information.

5. Information updates and communications preferences

You may provide updates and changes to the information that you submit to us by contacting us at support@genmmanagement.com, or by other official means provided to you. If so, we will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then-active databases as soon as reasonably practicable.

Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to use of our services, such as administrative and service announcements, and marketing communications. Messages related to the use of our Services may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving our marketing communications. 6. Children

Our services are not intended for, or directed towards, users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users under the age of 16. If we become aware that a someone under the age of 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information. 7. Your Rights

If you are a resident of the State of California:

• You have the right to request an accounting of all Personal Information we have that pertains to you, and to be delivered copies of such information in electronic format. We reserve the right to transmit information to you in a manner that complies with all applicable laws.

• You have the right to request that we change any Personal Information that pertains to you that is inaccurate.

• You have the right to request that we delete some or all Personal Information that pertains to you. We reserve the right to carry out such a request in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, such as laws concerning record retention. Note that fulfilling this request requires us to delete Personal Information in our possession, but that this right does not extend to Personal Information that has already been lawfully shared in accordance with this policy.

• You have the right to request that we cease processing any Personal Information that pertains to you. Note that fulfilling this request requires us to cease processing Personal Information that pertains to you in the future, but does not apply to lawful processing that has already occurred in accordance with this Policy.

• You have the right to exercise all the rights provided under this Policy without fear of retaliation or discrimination. This means that we treat Users who exercise any of the rights under this policy the same as Users who do not.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the our website (www.genmmanagement.com) and revising the “Effective starting” date posted with the policy.
